1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major secure electronic payment options including Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, RuPay), Net Banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and popular Digital Wallets via our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partner Razorpay. Cash on Delivery (COD) may also be available for eligible pin codes.
2. Payment Security & Encryption
Your payment security is of the utmost importance. All transactions are processed over encrypted 256-bit SSL connections directly to PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateways. Limited Labs never stores or has access to your sensitive credit/debit card numbers or CVV details.
3. Order Confirmation & Billing
Your payment method will be charged immediately upon placing your order online. Once authorization is verified, you will receive an automated email confirmation accompanied by your itemized tax invoice. If any transaction fails or is rejected, your order will not be processed.
4. Pricing, Currency & Taxes
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly noted. We reserve the right to correct any inadvertent pricing errors prior to order shipment.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), payment must be handed over in cash/UPI to the delivery executive upon arrival. Please ensure exact change is handy. Continuous refusal of COD deliveries may restrict future COD availability on your account.
6. Failed Transactions & Refunds
If money has been deducted from your account for an order that did not generate a successful order confirmation, the deducted amount will automatically be reverted to your original source bank/card within 3 to 7 business days by the respective payment gateway.
